MEDITATIONSSCHEMA - VARJE VECKA
DAGLIGEN 18:30-19:00 Meditation med mantrat AUM i telepatisk och empatisk förbindelse med vår andliga vägledare Grieg.
DAGLIGEN 21:00-21:15 Laya yoga med stora kosmiska kraften Taras mantra.
DAGLIGEN 21:15-21:30 Laya Yoga med det första hemliga bijamantrat från Intensiv Yoga och Intensiv Tantra.
SÖNDAGAR 17:45-18.30 Meditation för fördjupad förståelse och samklang med den svenska folksjälen, egregor, med hjälp av en speciellt utvald musk.
Meditationerna görs hemma eller på valfritt ställe. Musikmeditationerna med den svenska folksjälen görs dessutom gemensamt i Stockholm; Karlskrona och Malmö.
